         <description><![CDATA[<div>The website had the five stages of grief described denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance. The book on the other hand didn't break it down into the five stages but decribed it as more of a complex process with many facets. Even though the book did not speccify the stages it described the processes taht hapepn in each stage. But both where clear that all people grieve differently and it is important to give an individual the time and space that is needed to grieve. </div>]]></description>

         <title>The Truth about Grief and  Loss</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Grief  is an inevital process that is universal across all cultures when ever someone experieces a great loss.  There is no "right" way to deal with grieving, but it is imoportant to remember these things. No matter how much pain you feel you will get through the loss. Hard feelings will pass and take your time do not speed up or force the grieving process. Also do not forget to care for yourself eat well even if you are not hungry, rest well, and exercise regularly. </div>]]></description>
