An example of this perfect moment would be a parent hugging there child after losing them in a dreadful situation, like a natural disaster.
Ratliff's explanation he commented that in a song there's a specific moment where he "stopped breathing and felt as if a splinter were being withdrawn from my skin." At that specific time he felt that perfect moment.

There for the song Fire of Eternal Glory by Dmitri Shostakovitch is my perfect song for a perfect moment.

During my sophomore year in the Coppell High school marching band we played and marched to this piece, in one of our competitions our band director said "play as loud as you can, don't let any band leave here without knowing what we are capable of." After our performance we got 1st place out of 13 bands that made it to finals. While we played the song I started to tear up while holding my sax high and proud.
