In the article I read, Mickey Rooney played a Japanese man in a rom com and made racist stereotypes of Japanese people, changing his appearance and voice and saying it's funny and he said he had fun playing the role.

Racist policies are defined as a policy that discriminates against a certain race. An anti-racist policy is supposed to be against the policy that is already racist and adds them to the pool of what they were discriminated on.

The black "big guy" and white kid seem like friends, but

then the cop asks the other cop if the big guy looks fishy to him. They then ask him to get off the bike.

At that point, they let the white kid go and ask for ID from the black guy then they start questioning him.

They start questioning the white kid and trying to see the relationship between them and if anything negative happens between them. They call the white kids' mother and blames the fact that they almost arrested them black for riding without helmets. This is clearly a lie because this was racial profiling, and then the cops say it's still fishy.
