Has Internet improved our lives? In my view, Internet has undoubtedly transformed our lives, offering convenience and connectivity.

In the first place, Internet provides an endless supply of information. Nowadays, we can know what happens all around the world in just some seconds or just giving a click.

In addition, it has revolutionized communication, allowing instant interactions globally through emails, messaging, and video conferencing. These issues were really helpful during the global pandemic of 2020.

Furthermore, the Internet facilitates online education, making learning accessible to everyone. In these days, more and more people can increase their chances for better career opportunities and open up new doors for themselves.

There are those who argue, on the other hand, Internet also has negative effects. These include cyberbullying, addiction, decreased physical health, privacy concerns, misinformation, and social isolation. It is true that there is such a problem. Certain people use Internet in a negative way, but it also depends on their values and moral duty with the people around them.

It is my belief that it is the responsibility of each person to find a balance between their online usage and offline activities and set boundaries on digital platforms. By prioritizing real-life connections and practising mindfulness activities, people can better navigate the digital landscape while safeguarding their mental health.
