The article determines how government policy influences foreign direct investment and how foreign direct investment impact on the level of unemployment in the emerging economies. The author uses a descriptive statistic and panel regression focus on Ordinary Least Square Method as analysis techniques. And the evidence is based on each country in 199-2016. The article is useful, because the result of panel regression suggests the net inflow of FDI has a positive impact on unemployment, which is an idea to connect the with reducing unemployment. And the article uses abundant sources and professional statical method to examine the level of effect. I used the article in my main body, which is FDI impact on unemployment part and it is closely associated with positive impact.
