Then I ask trainees to get into small groups &amp; then play some music from Spotify/Music apps &amp; talk about their memories and associations. People in their mid-twenties can be surprisingly nostalgic! We then talk about how they feel afterwards and what impact the exercise had. It’s great fun.</p>]]></description>
