I believe that a persons name is the building block of their identity, as the moment a person is assigned their name at birth, their life journey starts from there and their identity starts to be built by them. If someone took away my name from me, i would react as though they stole my identity from me since I identify myself using my name, and my actions and achievements are found under my name, so when I think of my name, I go back to where my life began and look back on my life journey, meaning that if my name were to be changed, my life journey and identity would just disappear.
