It is quite the adventure throwing top water on pads in the morning and watching as he bass fly elegantly above the pads to devour your lure. The feel of the tension on the line and on your rod is satisfying as they devour your chatter bait as it is passing by. But the best feeling is when you set the hook on a mondo in a hidden pond that isn't on a map. When you fight that mondo till the end and come out victorious and take pictures so your friends will believe you.
