Their values include balance, harmony, peace, unharmful diet, friends, family, love, acceptance and equality. They preach mother nature and all that she, and the soil, offers them. They are down to earth; violence, hate, jealousy, prejudice and judgment are concepts unkown to this society. Therefore, their diet consists of what comes from the Earth, as a goal of avoiding unnecessary killing. They celebrate everyone's qualities, and accept everyone's differences as well as their flaws. Everyone's individuality is not only accepted but also required. The union of two souls, no matter the gender, is allowed blessfully. All children attend school as early as the age of five years old and study until they have gained the basic knowledge necessary to live their lives. As everyone goes at a different pace, one may attend school until 12, and another until 25. It all depends on when the individual feels like they have gained enough knowledge. Anyone can go back to school, even after they have integrated a job.

The education system is not about having the best performance or grades; the students are not even evaluated. Learning so one gains the knowledge necessary to their lifestyle is what school is about, rather than being the best. Children learn at their own pace.

Anyone that wants to share their knowledge and wisdom can be a teacher.

As such, there is no need to buy anything, people produce what they need, then the surplus they don't need, they simply give it away to other people, and everyone does the same. People in their community help each other out during times of crisis by supplying people in need the basics to survive so that later on, they will be repaid by the same meens. There are three types of jobs: farmers, teachers and builders. None is more important or has more priviledges. If one is unsatisfied, they can change course at any time or take a break from work.
