In this workshop, I learned how to make a simple VR headset using cardboard and convex lenses. Although the materials were basic, the activity helped me understand the basic idea of how VR works.
By building it myself, I learned how convex lenses work in VR to create the visual effect. It was interesting to see how simple materials can turn a smartphone into a VR device.
This experience showed me that creativity and understanding of basic science can lead to impressive results. Overall, it was a fun and meaningful activity that helped me appreciate how technology can be built from simple ideas.
