What I learnt today

I really feel priviliged in so many ways. Today I could walk through this amazing museum in Guadeloupe and feel emotional about this horrible narrative about colonialism and slavery. It is almost unreal how us humans can act against humanity powered by greedines and blinded by the lust of domination. Still what I think is important is to regognise those awfull dimensions of human also in yourself. We must not only see bad in the "enemy" but realise that those things exists also in us and we must manifest good things like equality, sharing and listening eachothers to prevent the desasters to happen in our society.

I was impressed by the people who were brave enough to defend against this inhuman behavior. It`s very sad that there were and still are people who think that they are better and have more rights than others. It is very important that we make our students aware of these issues.
