The traditional dishes prepared for Chistmas' Eve are mainly based on very cheap fish and mixture of fried fish. There are also fried artichokes, broccoli, cardi, sliced potatoes, baked fillets and apples; they're prepared with a lot of ingredients. On lunch we usually don't est meat on Christmas Eve, because we have a very rich dinner. The traditional dishes of Christmas are chicken stock, lasagna, homemade fettuccine, baked potato, vegetables, fruits and desserts.
