The main climates in Brazil are: equatorial, tropical, semiarid, high altitude tropical, Atlantic tropical and subtropical.<br><br>Equatorial: this is the predominant climate in the Amazon region, which covers the North Region and portions of the states of Mato Grosso and Maranhão.<br>&nbsp;<br>Tropical: covers states in the Midwest, Northeast, North and Southeast regions. Presents two well-defined seasons: winter (dry) and summer (rainy) Semi-arid: this climate of Brazil predominates in the northeastern interior. The temperature is high, with an average of 27 ° C, and the rains are scarce and irregular<br><br>Subtropical: predominant climate in the portions of the Brazilian territory located south of the Tropic of Capricorn, in the South Temperate Climate Zone.
