We believe Okja contains very harsh and violent scenes which disgusted us, but at the same time it was a powerful eyeopener. It made us think about how horrible the production of meat is. The movie is dramatic, but it has a very strong message and has a big effect on its viewers. The movie take place in the real world, but with fictional animals and future technology. The mix of our world and the future is very interesting. The story line is simple because of the relationship between a girl and a pig. The character’s personality we can reflect in makes the movie complex. 
 
Overall it is a great movie with a value morale of a friendship between a girl and a pig.

It's a loving story between a little girl and her pet pig. This is no ordanary love story.  The movie is a 5 out of 10 star movie. it has some thing speacial it's own voice, but that does noy mean it's a perfect movie.

But the movie doesn’t really work as a children’s movie; it breaks the genre too much, with frequent use of profanity and gruesome, violent scenes of animal abuse.

The movie tries to appeal to children, but includes several scenes of the super pigs being mistreated, tortured, raped, and even shot in the head.
