One of them is to get used to eating less salt in your daily meals. We can do that by simply adding less salt or using sauces and condiments with reduced salt.</p><p><br></p><p>          Remember, salt is needed for your body, so do not completely cut it out of your life. But too much of it is very bad for your health. So remember, always eat salt in moderation.</p>]]></description>

Some people cannot bear bland food so they add salt in their food. Salt is a addictive that makes people crave to eat salty food.   </p><p><br/></p><p>   Instead of eating too much of packaged food, I think it would be healthier if we eat home cooked food as we know the right amount of salt we have to add. Salt brings out the taste in food, so things like chips, fried snacks, and fast food become more enjoyable. Some people also grow up eating salty food, so they get used to the taste and find it hard to stop. When we eat salty food often, our bodies get used to it, and we may not notice that it’s too salty anymore.</p><p> There are many ways I can eat less salt in my daily meals. First, I can stop adding extra soy sauce or salt to my food. Second, I can choose fresh foods like vegetables and fruits instead of processed snacks and instant noodles. When eating out, I can ask for less salt in my meals or choose dishes that are steamed or boiled instead of fried. Lastly, my family can cook more at home so we can control how much salt goes into our food.</p><p>It is important to take care of our health by eating the right amount of salt. Too much salt can cause serious problems like high blood pressure. I want to stay healthy, so I will try to make better food choices.</p>]]></description>
