this helped me become more confident  speaking to new people and help my communication skills when i went up and talked to the whole class i was nervous and wasn't sure how to act ever since then its helped my confidence go up.
everyone listened to me while i was speaking and i spoke well and didn't seem too nervous but i definitely was.
i could improve my speech and talk louder and speak more confidently to the class 

Evidence 2- Enrolment- we talked about college and what we do in the course and my grades overall.
it was my first time having a interview i think my communication skills was really well i showed a very good first impression.
what went well was that i showed my first impression i made my self very clear in the interview.
i could've improved by asking a lot more questions to make it seem like i was more interested in the course.
 
Evidence 3- Job interview- i was a waiter at a restaurant. part time job
this helped my communication skills go up because i had to talk to customers that was dining in i had to take orders.
being a waiter helped my confidence go up i talked to alot of customers they liked that i was very formal and professional.
i could improve being much quicker and more careful.

1- Explain the activity? table top task was team work where we would help each other out and throw good ideas at each other and use them ideas to help the task that we were doing.
2- What went well? everybody participated in the task and gave good ideas. 
3- What did not go well? half way through the task not many people was concentrating and only 3 of us were working at an effort.
4-What would you change is you did it again? the people because a few were talking a lot and throwing a lot of people of task 

Evidence 2- Attack 
1- Explain the activity? we had to solve mysteries to find out the objective we had to figure out the clues inside the building and outside the building we also had to quickly figure out the clues before the other teams figured them clues it was a race. 
2- What went well? we all did so well and managed to find out the clues very quickly 
3- What did not go well? nothing however some people could've gave a little more effort to the task.
4-What would you change is you did it again? separate space to doing the task because there was active classes going on it was hard to carry out the task without disturbing the classes going on
Evidence 3- String task  
1- Explain the activity? we had to toss a string of ball around and work as a team to unravel it.
2- What went well? we managed to unravel the ball and not get stuck in the string.
3- What did not go well? Evidence 1- Table top task

1-Explain the task- i attend college everyday and i get in all the time early.
2-How did this develop your motivational skills? this made me wake up early everyday so now I'm used to waking up early and managing to get into college and never being late
3- What went well? im always in on time and ready to go
4- What could you improve? at the minute i don't need to improve however if i was to get sick that would effect my attendance

Evidence 2- Part time job
1-Explain the task- i worked with phones fixing them and refurbishing them proceeding onto selling them
2-How did this develop your motivational skills? this made me want to work even more because it was an interesting job to work on so this motivated me more to work
3- What went well? i worked really well and managed to refurbish a lot of phones.
4- What could you improve? i needed to focus because sometimes id make a lot of mistakes due to overwhelming

Evidence 3- Good feedback from a teacher or something that motivates you.
1-Explain the task- so when id work with my group or alone id get feed back id also get feed back from Luke Taylor and other teachers
2-How did this develop your motivational skills? this helped me get motivated because i would work more to get more praise which i would achieve onto working very well

Explain what you did? we had to work as a team to find out how we can solve the problems such as, trying to find how to save people from the fire starting in shard, London, we had to come up with ideas on how to save the people just as well as keep everyone safe on the ground so therefore making a plan and acting quick on it every 15 mins there would be new info released making it harder to come up with ideas
What went well? we really worked as a team coming up with amazing ideas eve though it was difficult to think of solutions so we didn't fail the task
What did not go well? we was stuck on some bits but we managed to by pass it
How did this develop your communication and confidence skills? i was the team leader so i had to talk a lot that helped me because it forced me to lead the team with no problems

Leadership activity 2- problem solving
Explain what you did? we had tubes and pictures of tubes, the pictures were prebuilt and we had to build the tubes exactly how it was in the pictures every small detail had to be right and perfect we had to figure out that we had to get it right with detail or we would've failed the task.
What went well? we worked really fast and the team engaged in the task we managed to finish up before the other team it was a race and team members managed to find out the secrets and copy the picture exactly.
What did not go well? 2 team members did not engage even though we tried to get them to engage when we could've worked faster even though we did work relatively fast

    1-Explain the task- I've helped people in class just as well outside for example inside class when people dont know how to work the computer i help them and when they miss what a teacher said i help them on that or when they have a question they don't understand a question and i have the answer to it i tell them and i explain it
    2-How did this make you fell? it made me feel like i helped when a person feels like they understand what they are doing when i help them.
    3- What went well? they understand when i help them
    4- What could you improve? the stuff i tell people isn't always right so i always try and improve my own understanding first
