In the first picture, a kid is paying at the cashier using cash, and the cashier is accepting the money.

In the second picture, a kid is using e-money to pay for a drink at an automatic payment machine.

2. Do you prefer to use cash or electronic money for purchasing? Why?

I prefer using electronic money, because it's more convenient and I don't have to carry cash around. Also, using electronic money feels safer because it's harder to lose or have stolen.
