The Design Team meeting is for discussion of learning that is happening outside that window. The Design Team will help each other design evidence of what they do to improve student achievement.

At that time, Home Groups (me + 3) will form, will work on team-building, will create norms, and will decide on a team name. The list of teams with members, names, and norms will be published to the faculty. Each Home Group should look at this list and decide which Home Group they want to partner with to create their Home Group Design Team before the final PEP in September.
