The first thing I learned is having good manners helps us communicate respect, kindness, and consideration for others, and they facilitate positive social interactions. Good manners create an environment of trust, respect, and unity, contributing to a more civil society.

Another thing I learned is religion can offer guidance, contribute to a sense of community, and provide support. It can improve health, learning, economic well-being, self-control, esteem, and empathy, reduces crime, delinquency, drug and alcohol addiction.

Something else I learned is religion can also be bad as its mental inflexibility, emotional instability, and unhealthy repression of natural instincts. Individuals might experience persecution and discrimination as a result to their beliefs.

The first thing i learned is having 8 or more hours of sleep can lower risk of serious health problems such as diabetes heart diseases and lowering stress. Having more sleep helps students stay focus and improving in academic performance.

Another thing I learned is intermitted fasting can cause intense hunger. Intermitted fasting can may make people start to feel sick depending on the length. Can experience headaches, lethargy, crankiness, and constipation.

Last thing I learned is disposable plastic bottles uses fossil fuels making climate change worse and causing pollution. Plastic bottles take a long time to degrade it can very long and most of the time ends up in waste or the ocean. Banning plastic water bottles can protect the environment because most people don't recycle as plastic water bottles ends in landfill or the ocean poisoning animals and harming the ecosystem.

Body language such as eye contact and having your body turned towards them is also important to show that you're listening.

Another thing I learned is meat production accounts for 57% of greenhouse gases in the food industry.

Something else I learned is wrestling is a very benefiting sport. It helps with mental and physical strength. It teaches you discipline and makes you work hard.

I learned that working from home saves time and can make you more efficient. It also gives you more time to exercise or do hobbies since you will finish tasks faster which will benefit both your mental and physical health.

I also learned that there are downsides to working from home as well. You won't have many social interactions with coworkers and that can make you feel isolated. Because of the lack of social interactions people might actually become depressed and be in a bad state mentally.

The debate itself helped me learn that seeing both sides of an argument gives you a much deeper understanding of the topic. It helps to be more open minded and see how other people think so you can learn more and you might actually change your mind.

the first thing i learned was public schools are more likely to be diverse due to low income students. More students who attend public schools are more diverse because of where they grew up depending on their race. Private schools tend to be more exspensive which many people cant afford.

Something else I learned having something as simple as manners can help boost your chances of getting a job or higher level of peoples like for you. Having manners can purely show how respectful and up headed you are as a person.

Another thing I learned that public schools can be a big help to low income famillies. They can be provided by the government with oppourtuites for students who may not have the oppourtuniy around them.

The things I learned from the mini debate is that its really beneficial to speak more than one language because you can get a lot of career opportunities such as being a translator another is that you can have a lot of cognitive benefits. You can also connect with more people, people from your first language and your second. Bilinguals are more likely to get hired as well.

Another thing I learned is that growing your own food allows you to have fresh produce, since you are the one making it and you are saving money and its healthier. And since you're the one growing it, you don’t have to worry about harmful pesticides. You are also helping the environment by minimizing your carbon footprint because you aren't driving to the super market.

Something else I learned was that it can be that you are pretty immature if you curse a lot in public, like when I little kid finds out about curse words, and starts to use them a lot, if there is no punishment. Another reason is Swearing in a public area can have negative consequences on your image and reputation. People can see you unprofessional, immature, or lacking self-control. Peers and other important people may question your judgment and stuff.

The first thing I learned is that you can know more about what's going around the world on tv, you're more alert and informed about the real world on the news. Todays world is also busy and stressful and watching TV can provide a distraction from a our life this can help our brain relax and engage.

Another thing I learned is about having good manners, why should it be important to have them? because it makes us stand out more helping us appear more confident. The more our mannerisms are shown to the people we interact with, the more foundation is built in our reputation and how we are viewed. Hence opening doors to new opportunities they demonstrate our consideration for other feelings and needs. Having manners will make social situations more enjoyable.

Last but not least I learned having 8 hours of sleep or even more supports our bodies to rejuvenate and refresh, having enough sleep also improves our mood and our own mental health. This allows us to think more clearly and focused through out the day naturally.

We learned new things and adopted new vocabulary while we had the debate. Also, debate helps us to think more openly.

2.Another thing I learned was wrestling is a really important sport that goes as one of the best Sports. Wrestling is very hard Because it requires a lot of Body control and Smart movement and it's not about running or Jumping is about mental and physical work.

3.Something else I learned is about Privet schools.
