Sivadge</p><p>We really tried to switch kids with behavior problems within the grade level, and it often did help just to give the kids a break from the teacher's room, as well as give them a fresh perspective and outlook within " counseling" in another classroom. </p>]]></description>

         <title>I&#39;ve asked for office and counselor assistance and told they were not available. That was frustrating., especially when I had major incidents taking place. Does the Vivian, Debbie etc know who to get for us if Cobb and Hill are not available?  Also, the office staff cannot reward with sweets, toys, playtime. </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I think that teachers should also rely on teachers from other grade levels  when they have a student who is in need of a time out.  Sending a younger child to a higher grade level can help redirect that behavior.</p>]]></description>
