I thought it was really cool that they included parts of their national anthems into this song that is so representative of America. It is important to remember, especially in this politically charged climate, that unless you're a Native American, your family has come from somewhere. My great grandparents moved to Newfoundland from Ireland in the 1930s, in an attempt to escape poverty. They worked horribly long hours in hard jobs, and eventually made enough money to move to Toronto.
