It wasn't due for almost a week, but I wanted to get a head start. And when I was working on it, I popped a CD in my radio to listen to music while I was working. When I listen to music, I like to turn it all the way up so it's extra loud. But when it's loud like that, I can't hear my mom calling me from downstairs. So I didn't hear her when dinner was ready. So she came up to my room and was all like, "I DIDN'T KNOW YOU WERE WORKING ON THAT! I THOUGHT YOU WERE JUST LISTENING TO MUSIC!!" And I felt misunderstood because I knew that I knew I was working, too.

So when she was calling me to come eat dinner I was still in my room and studying because I wanted to study for a little longer. My mom had called me for dinner at least 3 times and I just kept saying hold on one more minute. She thought i was on my phone and she came in my room about to yell at me but I told her I was studying for a test and she calmed down and just told me to stop studying and come eat dinner and that I can study after dinner.

I usually yell very loud when I am in my room but my parents don't really mind. I played for about  2 hours until my parents called me down. I was not expecting anything at first since my parents really never yelled at me for being loud in my room. When I got downstairs, my dad and my mom started to tell me to be quiet in my room because I was being too loud because they were watching the presidential debate. Honestly, I thought they were just going to ask if my homework is done and I have everything ready for tomorrow, but no, they were pretty angry that I was yelling.

I was studying for a science test that i thought I was going to fail. My mom called me at least 4 or 5 but I just said "1 minute."She came into my room. She must have thought I was on XBOX or my phone. When she got to my room and saw me studying she was about to yell but just said softly "Come upstairs it's already 12:30."

That day i was sick and he must have not knew that cause i didn't understand anything he was saying yo me. I also have felt misunderstood. Last summer when we were going on a pontoon boat and i told my mom that I needed to grab something from the car she said yah . But she never gave me the keys and i asked her like 20 times and she kept telling me i could go until the last time i asked her she said she didnt know what i said

I went out to the park on a Friday night with my friends. My friend Matthew, who I ride home with every night, said we can come home at 10:30. so we rode to the park and we stayed and played tag. At like 10:15, I check my phone because I was gonna ride home. I check it and my mom called me 5 times and texted me," BE HOME BY 10." When i got home my parents were really mad and I wasn't able to go out for the rest of the weekend. This was when I was misunderstood.
