•In your school teams, you are going to craft a digital reflection to unpack your learning and your growth as a teacher leader.  

•Think about all of the experiences you’ve been exposed to throughout our three years together.  

•You have been immersed in the TLC professional Development sessions that unpacked complexity – Blooms, Cognitive Rigor Matrix, Standards aligned lessons.

•You have also had the opportunity to have DE coaches to work and collaborate with during your leadership.  

•Opening up your classrooms to collaborate with principals, colleagues to showcase you innovation and risk taking has been instrumental in the growth of not only the teachers that you work with each day, but your students as well. 

•Engage in a dialogue with your school teams about the impact that these learning experiences have had on your classroom. 

•Once you have had that conversation, pick a digital tool (completely up to you!) to share your digital reflection. Take full creative license and think outside the box! 

•You will share your digital reflections with the group today and then you will take it back to your principal to share your experiences.
