○        Broad nature of this model
○        How it might be used in different organisations
○        Remember principles of the framework for digital transformation - cross-organisation collaborative approach (preventing silo approaches)
○        Function - benchmarking against sector priorities
○        Function - baselining to inform future strategic planning
○        Multiple formats for different approaches
