Moreover, double-check in both languages and make sure that everybody understands and is able to contribute to the conversation. The one that can speak both Japanese and English can try to bridge the gap between the international students who do not speak Japanese very well and the Japanese students who struggle with English. This way, hopefully, we can cope with the situation and overcome the problem.
