  • I get distracted by devices quite easily, I need something to prevent me from scrolling through social media.

  • Study more effectively and use less phones in general to keep myself studying or resting.

  • Step 1: Install the extension "StayFocused" in my computer
  • Step 2: Turn off my phone when I am trying to work.
  • Step 3: Sit well in the same quiet place I usually sat on studying, and then start studying.

  • Understand my own method of studying is very important. Some people need to find the answer to understand the process, some needs to know the concept of each problems behind to understand.

  • I need to really understand how my studying mind works, not all method will help me remember information, by analyzing my own method could help my understand more clearly and more effectively.
By incorporating this skill I hope to 
  • I hope to find a better remembering method dedicated for myself so i could study more effectively, efficently and more easily. 

Step to incorporating this skill 
  • Step 1: I would look up alot of method in the internet and list them out which makes sense to me
  • Step 2: The selected methods are then tested personally. I could use quizzes and tests download from the internet to see the result of my working efficiency.
  • Step 3: If the method works efficiently, I would try to use that method more. It might be the best way for me to study by then.

  • I personally demand the meaning of a certain information to learn from it, i cannot understand a story/problem if there is no reason.

  • By incorporating this skill I hope to connect the story/problem with other so I could remember the bond and therefore remember both the connected problem and the original problem

  • Step 1: I need to find out the reason i am wrong or i am right.
  • Step 2: Understand the story/problem from the basics and solve the question fully.
  • Step 3: Connect the storyproblem with all the other related questions in order to understand them too.
