ARC- it is a good program overall it sums up everything needed to be learned to be ready to teach, it was exhausting for me because I took all my classes at once, but I am glad I am done, I am thankful for the instructor I had, they prepare us well to the real world of education.

I have really enjoyed the overall ARC Program!   Covid hitting has been an excellent time for me and my family for my career change.  I have enjoyed learning the educational material and learning how to relate it to my years of personal training!

It changed my understanding of literature completely. It allowed me to focus on a number of literature types and have my students to grow in.

I really liked the ARC overall. It was a lot of material, but all of it was so helpful and getting to know classmates and hearing teaching stories and ideas was amazing.

I was able to get many useful ideas, tips, and techniques for teaching - everything from resources to technologies. I love the instructors and all of the knowledge and experience they bring. I do believe that the practicum hours are not nearly long enough to gain experience and wish I could have experienced the classroom from the beginning in order to apply classroom information. Also, rather than video observations, I would have liked to observe real teachers in the moment.
