Topic: Describing People and Places
What I Learned:
Today, I learned how to use adjectives to describe people’s appearance and personality. We also practiced describing places using sensory details like what we see, hear, and feel.

My Reflection:
I enjoyed the group activity where we described our favorite places. It helped me realize that I can use more specific words instead of just saying “nice” or “beautiful.” I still get confused with the order of adjectives (like “a big red car” vs. “a red big car”), so I need to review that.

What I Found Challenging:
Writing longer sentences without repeating the same words was difficult. I want to learn more synonyms and linking words to make my writing better.

My Goal:
I will try to use at least three new adjectives in my next writing activity and pay attention to the correct order of words.

What I Learned:

My Reflection:
I liked the speaking game we played in pairs. It made me think quickly and listen carefully to my partner’s answers. I was nervous at first, but it got easier after a few turns.

What I Found Challenging:
Sometimes I mix up what and which, especially in choosing the right one for specific questions. I will try to read more examples and pay attention to how they're used.

My Goal:
I will write five Wh- questions and answer them for extra practice at home.

I sometimes repeat the same sentence patterns (like “There is…” or “It is…”). I want to make my writing more varied.

My Goal:
I’ll try to use at least one simile or metaphor in my next descriptive paragraph to make it more creative.
