         <description><![CDATA[<div>Coaches and teachers sign up during prep time and they use it as peer observations<br><br>Instructional Coach organizes it - classroom teachers, special education teachers, coaches, focused around number talks<br><br>Improvement team broke into groups based on goals (task forces), instructional rounds based on the goals. IC takes the observers on the rounds to 3 different classrooms. After they would debrief about what they saw. Conversations are a crucial piece for everyone.&nbsp;Positive feedback from teachers observing other teachers. Roadblock would be for special areas to be included. Good for unification&nbsp;of the building.&nbsp; In 3 different rooms for 15 minutes, debrief with coach in the office, I&nbsp;Will reflection. &nbsp;<br><br>&nbsp;<br><br><br></div>]]></description>
