Instructional Coach organizes it - classroom teachers, special education teachers, coaches, focused around number talks

Improvement team broke into groups based on goals (task forces), instructional rounds based on the goals. IC takes the observers on the rounds to 3 different classrooms. After they would debrief about what they saw. Conversations are a crucial piece for everyone. Positive feedback from teachers observing other teachers. Roadblock would be for special areas to be included. Good for unification of the building.  In 3 different rooms for 15 minutes, debrief with coach in the office, I Will reflection.
