The greatest benefit of women being managers is that women can pay attentions to details at the same time as paying attentions to the bigger pictures. In addition, women tend to have better communication skills than men. For example, women are more approachable to customers and other people in the company, superior or inferior. Another point in favor of women is that the strong characteristics/ quality of women such as patience and flexibility can make women better suited as managers.

On the other hand, one downside of women being manager is that women can be more emotionally affected than men. Another drawback is that women have to work more under pressure than men as the environment still moves along with men. That can result in women having to manage their own personal lives better than men, especially if they are going through a motherhood . First and most important point is that women are physically weaker than men. What is meant that physical weakness of women can be a weak point in surviving stressful long hours of work over many years.

In conclusion, there are both advantages and disadvantages of women being manages. On the whole, I think that women can make better managers as their weakness is not fatal and have solutions.
