Bobby Basquez. The topic I chose was Goldfish. The snack is advertised for kids and has been successful as a daily lunch filler. It Can be compared to cartoon acting and childhood because they have many video advertisements about imaginary scenarios they are in. The slogan "The snack that smiles back" can be a positive reason for their success.

They have created many famously known ads that advertises the good quality of their items. They use dancers as a way to appeal to audiences and these videos gain a lot of attraction. They create iconic collaborations with different music artists too to push out their product.

The ad I choose to write about is Apple. More specifically Safari the Apple browsing app. The brand has many ads to advertise their product and they have so many products, like the iPhone, Apple Watch, MacBook, and more. But I thought it was interesting to chose a product that is not physical, but still apart of Apple. In this ad, they used cameras with wings to spy on people who are using another browser other than Safari. The ad puts the point across very well about the safety of using Safari. The video above shows that owning a Toyota can make someone a "leader," someone who has the title of the highest social ranking, and because of that aspect from someone other people might follow every move of the "leader makes." I chose this Topic because it shows Ethos appeal as it makes a person have high social ranking, and so by that appeal consumers has a better chance of buying a Toyota car to make them "superior."

The topic I have chosen is Celsius- "Celsius Redefines How to Fuel Everyday Life" which features multiple perspectives of people going through the day fueled by the caffeinated drink, Celsius. Personally, I chose this because I had this phase where I mostly drank celsius to get me through a 4 mile run after school and I continue to purchase the item when I need an energy boost for the gym. What mostly attracted me towards their product is their low calorie nutrition which is 5 Cals, and I believe many people are also attracted to a low nutritional value which also comes with variety of flavors.

Their sales pitch is that there is a coach bag for everyone. Coach also likes to entice their audience by saying that their bags are a form of self expression that give you confidence when you’re wearing one. In this ad specifically it features Elle Fanning and she is nervous because she is there for an audition.

Elissa Rocha- The ad I had pick was Sydney Sweeneys American Eagle Ad. This ad became controversial because of the way Sweeney was talking about the jeans, how she used them, modeled in them, and even talked in them. Basically, instead of advertising about the jeans more, She sexualized woman in a negative way. Society thinks the ad focused on womans body's instead of the talents/gifts/personalities. In result, society took offence from this ad because of its controversial script in the ad. They should have shown how when woman wear American Eagle jeans, their gifts pop out even more. They look and feel stronger, smarter, and more confident.

This advertisement is by Nike, called "Nike Zoom Pegasus ", which is advertising running shoes. They advertise the shoes by making them appealing to use. They do this by using the role of ethos. Eluid Kipchoge is speaking and wearing the shoes, which gives credibility since he is an extremely high-level distance runner. Then they give statements on the comfort and capability of the shoes. also saying how it will make you feel more capable, therefore having a better running experience, and that's when the pathos role occurs. Then they give facts about the shoe technology, which uses the Logos role. Nike is targeting people who already run or are serious athletes who want a better high-level shoe.

Stephanie Reyes: The advertisement I chose was the “Pebbles Yabba Dabba Doo!” It’s always stood out to me because of its catchy song and my childhood connection to my favorite cereal brand. Growing up I always loved watching this ad on Tv. It brings me back to some many memories from when I was a kid. They used a catchy song to make you remember the cereal.

The 2018 Daddy’s girl corvette commercial

Does more then advertise a car but also tells a story about a family to be exact a father and his daughter it talks about inheriting her fathers passion for driving , the ad uses nostalgia and emotion to connect to the viewers while also challenging that the car culture belongs to men. Through the advertising it uses pathos in the father-daughter connection , ethos in Chevrolets reputation , and logos in show casing the corvette’s design the commercial presents the car as more then just a corvette but more of a long lasting family legacy from one generation to the next .
