When I think of deviance, I think of being up to no good, but there is also sometimes a positive outcome to it. Positive deviance is when individuals are able to achieve successful results from unique behaviours. This is seen in the creator economy, someone who does unique behaviours through social media and succeeds.

how Deviance is represented in media, news, law, etc. and do you agree?

Deviance tends to be viewed only negatively in media, news, and law. Media is very discriminative. It would be extremely hard to summarize everything happening daily, so the media tends to pick out selected events to report. Due to this, the reports and questions are very biased. Leaving out specific reports or details leads to presumptions about the crime, and everyone becomes affected by the missing pieces. Media coverage focuses on the individual criminals, and their psychological state. It never focuses on the social context on how or what led to the crime being committed, and then everyone becomes a detective and tries to fill those missing pieces. This is how the media captures its audience's attention. I do not agree with how it is being represented but the mind is a powerful thing, and opinion and assumption will always be there.
