         <description><![CDATA[<p>IEO - need to finish all 7 steps. At least 6 need to be completed. </p><p><br/></p><p>Guru pooja at 5.30am- definitely happening but ensure it's 5.30am</p><p><br/></p><p>Spend time at SSB as a group every 2-3 months, do sadhana together</p><p><br/></p><p>All Ishangas (satsang and sps) to come to SSB to be together. Webinar also going to happen. Feedback to be given to each other during this time. </p><p><br/></p><p>IE class- how to put volunteers in touch with the centres. At least 5 people, we should identify. Same for any satsang, vols meet, events, sannidhi visit. </p><p><br/></p><p>Swami Chitya to look at interacting with SSB vols and ensure they are connected with centre.</p><p><br/></p><p>Programs at SSB - conducting ishangas to announce about SSB and how they can get connected to this space. Counter outside for the same. </p><p><br/></p><p>Sannidhi weekend trip - if Ishangas can be there to facilitate. Would be good for IE Ishangas to go with one more Ishanga who can observe and imbibe</p><p><br/></p><p>SSB - if we as ishangas orient Volunteers, VCD team can imbibe</p><p>We can play video, take them to the temple, shayana arati, etc. </p><p><br/></p><p>Weekend trip can be an intro to Volunteering. Bus journey can also have chant, etc. </p><p><br/></p><p>Bus trip with family and friends also need to stay. </p><p><br/></p><p>Can we play SSB intro video on Sunday initiation? - Swami chitya to ask lokanetra anna. Swami Tavisa to keep videos ready in Kannada. </p><p><br/></p><p>Technical orientation - we can empower each other</p><p><br/></p><p>Be little less serious during meets, bring snacks, haha. </p><p><br/></p><p>All volunteers and meditators need to be get on Nurturing portal. Earlier even for doing one handed namaskaram, they gave feedback - now that is missing. </p></li><li><p>Be open to receive the feedback.</p></li><li><p>Now people are getting upset/bothered when we give feedback. </p></li><li><p>The feedback is said with care earlier. </p></li><li><p>Make a log for your sadhana. </p></li><li><p>Checking amongst ourselves how our sadhana is, how we are doing. </p></li><li><p>Feedback culture - do I have the culture if we see something and if needed we give feedback. </p></li><li><p>Feedback culture - there should be trust. We should we able to take feedback in uncommitted atmospheres. </p></li><li><p>Feedback should we treated with sanctity - giving and taking. </p></li><li><p>We need to loosen up. As ishagas we are not living inner engineering. If we live inner engineering there will bring the healthy culture of feedback. </p></li><li><p>Going into silence helps sadhana. </p></li></ol>]]></description>

Orientation mandatory for check in. Different orientation for temple and ashram visitor</p></li><li><p>Temple visitors : Vols at info counters not equipped to answer questions. Living Inner Engineering </strong></p><ul><li><p>steps 1 -6 in two weeks span and come together and share with it each other </p></li><li><p>Longer crash course - dwell deeper into every aspects </p></li><li><p>Reading inner engineering book : read and imbibe it </p></li><li><p>Karma as well - we should read </p></li><li><p>Homework: it is our nice for us to share in our Ishanga group - even any interaction with participant and some learning </p></li><li><p>Collect homework from volunteers as well during the program - it will be very very supportive for them </p></li><li><p>Weekly calls among us where we are bringing nurturing aspect - it would be great if we actually make volunteers calls , we stand as an example and bring it as a culture </p></li><li><p>Participants in mandala group - it’s really valuable that IE inshanga answers the question - here and there we should answer </p></li><li><p>Whenever completion are coming up : when we form pre- completion groups are forms : our role must be to support them and after the class until mandala group we should be supporting them </p></li><li><p>Sharing instances where we apply the tools and how it has been for us when we applied the tools </p></li><li><p>Going through the various class aspects deeper , sharing our doubts </p></li><li><p>Support system for trainees </p></li><li><p>To be with participants post programs - once a week -  dedicated day ; we can take up and answer the questions in the group </p></li><li><p>Online programs - look at the completion forms - people who are really touched and reach out to them - call them and connect with them </p></li></ul><p>3.<strong>Enhancing our capacity</strong> </p><ul><li><p>Shakti Chalana Kriya </p></li><li><p>find the right resource to nurture centers much more : Nurture group call - enrolments </p></li><li><p>If you really want to take something up - share </p></li></ul><p>4.<strong>Culture of feedback </strong></p><ul><li><p>Will be very supportive </p></li><li><p>We can become one force </p></li><li><p>Take it up openly - look at things and share it instead of how the person feels : we can receive openly and give feedback openly - bring it time to time in the meeting - nurture meeting</p></li></ul>]]></description>
