  • Application: Everyone from different races, sexes, and backgrounds have the same right to employment, to decent and fair pay, to a safe workplace, and anything necessary to a safe and healthy lifestyle. Violation of these rights should prompt people to speak out for their God given rights when dealing with dignity of the work they perform. Our culture today presents a society in which many people are faced with discrimination in the workplace. Thus, the Church speaks out against any oppression of people in the workplace and encourages people to stand up for their rights because they have human dignity from God.
