I like that it will capture the users before, during, after experiences/ thoughts. That allows us to see if we accomplished certain keypoints and goals.

On Q3, when it asks about which formats were challenging during the learning journey, I would make a requirement to explain what made it difficult. That would help us improve things that were difficult instead of completely removing formats.

I would worry that the responses to questions 2-3 will not be high quality/actionable data since it requires reflection across specific events across a long period of time. These items also seem to be asking for duplicate information that was likely a part of each month's functional area feedback survey.

Aya: Q2 - Q3 Small changes - "a Zoom Session" - there were multiple Zoom sessions in one month in some instances. " in Becoming" versus " in each Becoming session". Q3 "in any of the responses above" , in any of your responses above". "We are interested in learning you found most useful." This may read like content of learning versus learning platform which I believe we are really asking about.

Q12 COOL didn't use the term "confident" which I believe comes with practice and experience. Our objectives were around identifying, connecting with, refreshing, or reengaging with creativity; however, I see how it is reasonable to assume that this will lead to confidence. I would likely ask about confidence in Residency. BEcoming for me was more about exposure. You may want to say, "are aware of creativity and its importance in my life".

Aya: Q10 Words that gave me pause were "openly" (can we be more pointed?), "rest in Blackness" (is there common understanding of this phrase?), "different emotions and feelings" (not sure that "different" is focused enough); how about "a diversity of emotions and feelings". Is there an opportunity to lift up the idea of "challenges".
