As it stands, Edna has just discovered how to swim. She is very happy about this, as it is enlightening her about a new feature about her mentality and her abilities to overcome a certain fear and encourage herself to try new things she originally would never have dared to try on her own.

She had just realized how important Robert had become to her, and now suddenly, he will be leaving her.
