The Deccan Plateau is a triangle-shapes area that lies between two mountain ranges. The Deccan Plateau has several kinds of land. The soil is rich in iron good for growing cotton.
This is a 3 because is has mountains yes mountains are good for protection. But it is not good for flat farmland.
