I know he's professional as a manager, but his room's a complete state. You couldn’t imagine how messy it is.. Jeez, it’s like a pig-sty. In terms of cleanliness, he’s unlikely to be house-trained at all. I didn’t realize this kind of his style until he moved in. From time to time it bugs me. I am not really OCD, though.

And Sam is a positive, people person and so loves inviting people around. I also know this is not bad, normally.
