1. We never know whether how life was originated on that particular planet or was been contaminated by us or "The Theory of Panspermia" might even work for that planet.
2. The microbial life might be infectious and may break out another pandemic here on earth if there is backward contamination by our rovers coming back to earth.
3. However, if we managed to find an intelligent civilization there is an equal chance of we being threatened by them or they being scared of us.
4. It will be a whole new challenge to microbiologist to study the microbes on that planet.
