I think the best “cure” for plagiarism is paraphrase. You can simply change the active form sentences to passive form sentences or vice versa. If you find out that it is difficult for you to change the sentences to passive or active form, you can write the sentences in your own words as long as the idea or meaning is similar. One can even use the paraphrasing tool to paraphrase the text.

I think the best way to avoid plagiarism is by using original ideas and opinions. Plagiarism happens when one copy other's ideas and opinions. We should do more thinking and not stealing people's hard work without giving them credit. We can write more original content and even do our own research if needed. Thus, I think that the best "cure" for plagiarism is by using original contents and ideas.

I think the reason why plagiarism still exists is because the “criminal cost” of the plagiarism is too low, so the “cost of the crime” should be increased. So we need designate stricter rules and regulations to protect the rights and interests of original authors. For example, incorporate plagiarism into the legal system and make it illegal, if it is academic plagiarism, F grade can be directly given.

I think using quotation marks is the better way for me to avoid plagiarism. Plagiarism always occurs when you copy others' content of article directly. However, if you use quotation marks to cite their opinions and works, you could avoid plagiarism at the root. It's the most effective method. So I think Using quotation marks may be the cure for plagiarism.
