Add an egg and a tablespoon of flour, sprinkle with salt and make a mass - it should be quite dense, moist, but not watery, and if it is rare, add the rest of the flour (do not immediately add all the flour, because excess will make the pancakes will be hard). We can put the mass down for 5 minutes to let the flavors bite off.
The oil is warmed up in a pan, we put small portions of the dough, forming round pancakes (the dough should be chopped off immediately, but not blush). We cook on a fairly high heat for golden color on both sides. Drain on a kitchen towel.
