However, upon studying history you will find that is not the case. There is no instance of history repeating itself exactly. While similar events may happen at different times, they are only similar. I want students to be educated. I would like them to understand how the world around them has come to be how it is and to not take that for granted. It is easy to say that history is not important, but I must say that is incorrect. The government that we live under now was seen as radical a little over 200 years ago. In terms of history that is the blink of an eye. What I mean by that is after that one ie you will find yourself needing to lie again to cover for that lie and lie again and again until you are in a hole that you cannot get out of. In my class I made it clear how I feel about cheating. It is a worse form of lying. I had him for 2 classes. Early modern European History and modern European history. He was always energetic and enthusiastic about what he taught. Anything from the history of raising children in the early modern period, to any of the wars that he covered.
