         <description><![CDATA[<div>- I believe that subsidies should be given to farmers but they should be limited because taxpayers are basically paying farmers extra money they most likely don't need<br>- subsidies started during the Great Depression and helped farmers overcome not being able to pay for their crops<br>- farmers mostly have a good income and don't always need the money from the gov't; they make more than the average US taxpayer</div>]]></description>
