The role of the teachers in the education, shows an important aspect in the development of the society, no matter the degrees or the knowledge area, the teachers are learning designer where there is an approach more dynamic considering the characteristics of the students, that mean that promote a comfortable environment where the same students can be sure without afraid to make a mistake, providing the tools and the necessary resources.

Like another important aspect, the teacher have to act as motivator that inspire to the students, guide them by the correct way, keeping in mind the ethic principles and the moral when need feedback, offering in simple terms support emotional and orientation, through of all this, design a learning experience integrating the technology that allows enrich and reinforce their autonomy and personal development where they find out and create their own knowledge, Suring all have the opportunity to participate in each activity or lesson.

Finally, the role is essential, given that the teacher is a facilitator of the specific knowledge, also can be an agent of change and innovation, incorporating the current technologies and methodologies, prepare continuously to manage new tools and educational trends, furthermore promote a change mentality and adaptability between the group, prepare for a world in constant change.
