Mount Vesuvius was a volcano that erupted in Pompeii in the year 1944. The reason of that volcano is the magma. When the magma became hotter it caused the volcano to erupt. The eruption caused 2,000 citizens to die and almost all citizens were injured. After the eruption all engineers were helping to rebuild houses as for the homes of the citizens were destroyed from the volcano.

Nankaido is a Tsunami that occurred in Japan in the year 1707. The reason for the tsunami was that two tectonic plates collided with each other which caused a tsunami. The tsunami caused 30000 buildings to be damaged and 30000 people died. Most buildings had to be replaced because of the tsunami.

Chillian earthquake was the biggest earthquake that ever occurred. The material cost was estimated to about 25 trillion yen (Japanese currency) (300 billion dollars)
5.

Earthquake Gorkha (In Nepal)- The tectonic plates were bumping into each other which caused the horrible earthquake in 2015 25th Nepal Kathmandu 11:56 AM. The location of the earthquake was located in Kathmandu in Nepal. this earthquake caused 9,000 deaths and 22,000 injuries. It has almost been two years and Nepal has started to get back on its feet during these two years Nepal have re-built houses and schools and other facility's. the damage cost around 10 billion, this is nearly the country's GDP ( gross domestic product) Fun Fact 18 climbers died because the earthquake triggered an avalanche on mount Everest. in India the neighboring country 75 people were killed. Also this earthquake was the biggest earthquake currently.
https://www.google.ae/search?q=nepal+earthquake&ie=&oe=#safe=strict&q=nepal+earthquake&*
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/April_2015_Nepal_earthquake

Mauna Loa in Hawaii- march 24 to 15 april 1984.this eruption was caused because the pacific tectonic plate was moving over to the Hawaiian hotspot which caused the eruption to occur. Now how are earthquakes formed; the earths magma is forced to flow up which causes the volcano to get bigger and bigger and then you never know when it can erupt. Now in Mauna Loa in Hawaii killed approximately 80 people. after the volcano there were many hot rocks lining around the volcano. fun fact the eruption could have gone on for longer like for a month.
https://www.google.ae/search?q=mauna+loa&ie=&oe=
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mauna_Loa

Indian earthquake and tsunami- the day it occurred was December 26th 2004. the indo-Australian plates were colliding with the Eurasian plate this cause the earthquake/tsunami to occur. this earthquake / tsunami killed 230,000 people. because of the disaster many peoples jobs were lost like fisherman could not go in the sea and many other jobs like bankers and other jobs, many other people became homeless and many villages got taken down and so did many huts and little houses near the coast.
 http://www.bbc.co.uk/bitesize/ks3/geography/physical_processes/plate_tectonics/revision/9/

( this is literally the best website )
