         <description><![CDATA[<div>Classrooms worldwide are shifting from a traditional class setting and morphing into a 21st- century learning environment. This means one should not see straight lines of desks faced toward the blackboard. Now observers might find whiteboards, TVs, projectors, and even iPads or laptops to display instruction to their students. Student seating arrangements are also just as creative and allow students to explore and collaborate with others more effectively. These are steps taken to embrace better learns for the workplace and support this educational shift. My providing a sustainable design one can improve learning by simply enhancing student well-being.<br><br></div>]]></description>

Many schools are looking to educational technologies to support and enhance student learning in their classrooms.Utilizing technology components invite students to think independently and expand their reasonings.<br><br>Technology complements teacher instruction by empowering individual learners when they are working independently, and then by providing data that inform teachers. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Online lessons must engage students in “thinking and doing” rather than “sitting and getting.”  However, students must be "doing" something will a purpose. This purpose is developed from principles of learning and cognitive development. Students will connect ideas and work across multiple contexts when lessons are paired with research-based learning. Student-centric learning technology must effectively activate students’ prior knowledge and help them use critical thinking while engaging in achievable challenges. Blending the two styles together, of teacher lead instruction and online instruction forms a personalized learning plan.</div>]]></description>
