Woolley in Hildale, Utah,  after being excommunicated from the LDS Church for refusing to to abandon the practice of  plural marriages (polygamy). His mission was to continue the practice of polygamy alongside people with his same beliefs. They believe that it is a commandment of God for a man to have multiple wives, and that it was the only way for him to receive the highest form of salvation. Jeff's not only preached to his followers, he also dictated every aspect of their lives. He controlled things such as who married who, what toys kids could play with, what men and women could wear, and he set limits such as no swimming, no watching tv, and no leaving the YfZ ranch. In 2005, Warren was on the run for his arrest, which was issued on charges of conspiracy to commit rape and sexual conduct with a minor. Jeff's managed to land himself on the FBI's top ten most wanted list, before being captured in 2006. In 2011, Warren was convicted of two felony accounts of the sexual assault of children, and is now facing life plus 20 years.
