The program called International Conversation Partner (ICP). The reason why they created this program is because sometime the student don't get a change to practice their English in the class, so ICP is the best place for them to practice. I meet them twice a week which is every Monday and Tuesday. I do have two different group. When I'm with my group, ESOL student, we talk about anything such as their culture, what they do on weekend, why they choose Brookhaven College and excreta. Sometime we play scrabble game, where we can get it from Student Life Office, so that they can practice their English speaking. I have notices, they were improving their English week by week. My fellow volunteer name is Lino Ukele and the student are Chen Xuelin from China, Thong Doan from Vietnam, Elhaj Wasim from Palestine, Lin Lin from China and the last but not the least Glasiela Oliveira from Brazil . This group is so fun to be with. 
My Tuesday group ESOL student are Habibi Aqela from Afghanistan, Tuyisenge, Diane from Rwanda, Riyahimadvari, Khorshid from Iran and Garcia Manzano, Amneris from Puerto Rico. The reward is at the end of the semester they able to speak a good English and learn a lot of new words. Learning new words everyday is a daily routine from them, so that they know the meaning of it. Volunteering can make a big different for me and also the opposite party. By doing this volunteering work I able to manage my time between my assignment and outdoor activities.
