I love your grace despite the pressure of delivering results. But more than those excellent work qualities, I love how caring, genuine, and loving you are to your friends, hubby, and kids.

When people ask how I am now that you and Amora are leaving, I always say that I'm professionally okay because it's true. The harder part is managing my emotions now that my friends (you and Amora) are leaving.
