The trait they are bred for is either meat or their milk, so cows that are larger in size are more ideal for meat, and cows that produce an abundance of milk are more deal. It is a desired trait because it produces more of meat/milk, so it makes the farmers more money. They would select for this trait by breeding together the larger cows for meat, and the female cows that produce the most milk are involved in the breeding process.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
